Ive been prescribed flagystatin 10days for bv+thrush and unfortunately my period started with my first dose. would my treatment be affected? (todays my second dose/second day of my period and my period lasts for 5 days?

https://www.healthline.com/health/general-use/how-to-use-vaginal-suppositories#tips it should not be affected. Tampons may affect efficacy so do not use tampons as they may absorb the medication.
