The hole in palate can be treated by an oral surgeon, but a consult by a otolaryngologist is highly recommended. Is hole congenital, or did you puncture the palate recently?

Treatment is predicated upon diagnosis. A hole in the palate has many possible causes such as cleft, bacterial infection, STD, trauma, neoplasm, etc. Please see an Oral Surgeon to begin the diagnostic process.
