I have had a 15x3x3mm painless lymph node on the left side of my neck for 3 years that constantly changes. also had high crp, c3, & c4 complement serum tests but negative stool inflammation, and ana test what else could it possibly be?

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
