My fianc has posion ivy on his penis we had no protection will i get it now?

Poison Ivy breakouts are an allergic reaction to the Ivy plant serum. The breakout develops many hours after exposure. If he washed his exposed area at any point after exposure it would remove the serum. The reaction is not passed by skin-to-skin contact or by fluid oozing from the rash, only from the Ivy serum. If he never washed it off, it could transfer during sex & you may react to it.

You might if he had the chemical on his penis. But I doubt that hw would try sex with poison ive dermatitis on his penis.

Unless your fiancé was wandering in the woods naked, how did he get poison ivy on his penis? He should consult a doctor to get examined for a proper diagnosis.
