You should let us know how long your wife had C-section. Broken 1 or 2 stitches, not close to each other, are not uncommon if she had C-section more than 5 days already, not a big deal. You can buy sterile strips at a drug store for covering the gaps if one section is wide open. Neomycin is applied after cleaning the surgical wound for preventing infection, it has nothing to do with broken sutures
