Partial/deep dermal burns forehead & hair 1year ago.at 4weeks most scabbed over-nurse debrided skin&infections started-some wounds becoming deep&ulcerous.skin in hairline still fragile/weeps/scabs cant massage/cream-is this going to heal or too late?
