Hyperhydrosis,eczema: with the symptoms you have I wonder about a combination of hyperhydrosis (excess sweating) and eczema (dry, irritated skin). Unfortunately with skin/hair issues must be seen to make proper diagnosis and effect proper treatment. Best to see your doctor for evaluation. Sorry not more helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R
