How common or rare is anaphylaxis or a serious reaction to amoxicillin? worried to take it as i have an exam tmrw? just want to know the stats and how rare it is please?

This is a loaded question, not because there's a possibility of allergic reaction because if you have no history of allergy to penicillin, then there is minimal risk, but because presumably you were prescribed penicillin for a good reason, i.e. not for a cold, and your provider has already weighed the risks and benefits and determined that your untreated infection is your greatest risk right now.
