Very unlikely: The frequency of serious life threatening reaction to the penicillins is very low. That fact that you have had this drug in the past makes it possible that you became sensitized in the past even if you had no symptoms. However, allergy to this drug does fade over time (many years) so you have that going for you. I say there is no need to worry.
