I was peeing then i felt a pinch of pain in my tight testicle and now it's hanging 1-2 inches lower than normal. should i be worried?

The testicles are connected to the body by a strong ligament. This ligament moves the testes up or down depending on temperature, fear, etc. If there is any change in the shape and location of your testicles, it is worth having examined in person to make sure there is nothing else going on. Talk to your primary care Dr for follow up.

testicles seldom hang at exactly the same way and more so uin warm weather, . If there is no pain then there is nothing seriously wrong. Wear a good scrotal support underwear and you will be fine
