I just ruptured my right testicle 4 days ago and 2/3 of it was removed and 1/3 was in poor shape and couldve been removed but was decided to be salvaged: when can i ejaculate safely? im not sure of any other damage, but none other was told to me?

Typically, any surgery to the testicles required 14-21 days of healing before they should be involved in anything that pulls, stretches or moves them vigorously. It is vital that the area heals well so that there will not be an excess of scar tissue which could inhibit sensation, movement and function.

Please let the injury heal- about 2-3 weeks then you can lead a normal life. If there was anything more than the Urologist would have told you
