Confusing question: If you have irregular periods then you will also be unable to determine when you ovulate. Ovulation occurs 14 days before your next period. With irregular periods you will be unable to predict ovulation. If you are wanting menstrual cycle control use birth control. If you are trying to avoid intercourse use birth control.
