It would be helpful to know your hemoglobin, hematocrit, iron, ferritin levels. But, it sounds like you have anemia and you are having symptoms from that. Are you bleeding from some place? Do you need supplemental iron? You need to be evaluated ASAP. If bleeding, it needs to be stopped. You may need a blood transfusion depending on your red blood cell count. You should go to the ER for treatment.

There can be lots of reasons for your symptoms. To start drink plenty of fluids. The doc who ordered your blood tests should also address your declining 'rbc' with proper investigations and treatment by your doc you should be fine

Agree with Dr. Ferranti. If you are having heavy periods that may have caused anemia and be responsible for your symptoms. For anemia you should consult your doctor as you may need medication to address this issue. For dehydration, drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
