Have excruciating pain in urq , had gb removd 5y ago.bumb & pain where scar is, pain always constant, end of day pain radiats to middle of chest under breast bone and makes short of breath, had cortisone shot, no relief, all scans came back normal?

Have you been evaluated by the surgeon who removed your gall bladder and, if so, what were his/her thoughts about your symptoms? I would be thinking of possible late complications of cholecystectomy & would ask the surgeon to reexamine your abdomen & consider other testing with input from the radiologist & a gastroenterologist. A last resort is an exploratory laparotomy which may reveal the prob
