Hopefully you use air fresheners with nontoxic chemicals & without aerosol propellants. If not, it appears that you've done all you can to properly ventilate your room. Stay out of the area as long as you can. One time heavy exposure isn't dangerous, but switch to nontoxic products for future use.

Arachnofobia or intense fear of spiders is relatively common, up to 15% of population having an exaggerated response. In your case you overreacted as deodorants are not expected to kill spiders and that is explainable as the response approaches the intensity of a panic attack. Talk to your doc about cognitive behavioral therapy or desensitization with the help of a local psychologist.
