It is possible to have normal vital signs during a seizure. It depends on what's causing the seizure and its duration. People with primary epilepsy that have occasional seizures lasting less than two minutes might have subtle increases in heart rate and blood pressure but within normal range, whereas a baby with a febrile seizure or an adult with meningitis will have very abnormal vital signs.
