It sounds like you are having complications from your reflux, such as esophagitis, and you have good reason to be concerned. See your doctor right away and get a referral to an obstetrician if you don't already have one and either a gastroenterologist or an ENT specialist. You need to be sure you are not developing permanent damage to your esophagus.
