I have a painful yellow hard lesion in my left nostril. have some sinus pain. rest of nostril looks raw and red inside. i have several autoimmune diseases that i am taking immunosuppression (currently losing effectiveness) for. i do have a picture?

Benign nasal polyps are soft. I think a hard lesion on a nasal membrane should be evaluated by an ENT specialist to determine if a biopsy is advisable.
