In 2017 i was diagnosed with carotid dissection, bilaterally - an incidental finding. chose not to be treated. now back at stanford for heart issue and they ordered a us carotid doppler bilateral. dr. on sabbatical, could use help reading the results?

I'm always puzzled as to why physicians, covering for the vacationing physician, will not or cannot give you the information you're entitled to instead of leaving you hanging until the return of that physician from sabbatical. That's certainly not the way my group practiced.
