suggest that you see your dermatologist for evaluation and treatment. however, in the interim,if you indeed have intertrigo, you might try Zeasorb AF powder, an OTC powder applied to the area following washing with soap and water twice per day.

You should let us know what remedied you have used. Intertrigo is a common inflammatory skin condition that is caused by skin-to-skin friction (rubbing) that is intensified by heat and moisture.
