I have noticed that when i press on the right side of my throat with my fingers, i feel a crepitus feeling. only on the right side. it feels and sounds like cartilage is rubbing together. there is no pain, difficulty swallowing, or breathing. advice?

I'm not actually sure if I have a throat lump but when I push on the right and left side of my throat it makes like a crunching sound. It almost feels like it's cracking or something. Like cartilege rubbing together? I don't know.
