I just noticed a small hole on my bikini line. i would say about the diameter of a pencil eraser. no discharge or blood. skin around area stings. should i use fucidin or have gauze cover the area?

I'm unclear as to what you mean by a hole. There would have to be an ulceration or tear of the skin to create a hole. Any evidence of this? If so, treat it after cleaning with mild soap&water, apply a thin film of antibacterial ointment,cover with a nonstick gauze held in place with paper tape. Change dressing every day or two. If the hole has pus draining, have an MD examine & advise you.
