Pregnancy has been documented from exposure during any day of one's cycle, including during menses among those with irregular cycles. It is rare but it has happened. It would be more likely in those with irregular cycles.

Pregnancy is known to have occurred from sex on any and all days of the cycle. Risk in your circumstance is low. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time.
