I had back surgery 8 days ago. lumbar laminectomy. i have developed thrush and other yeast issues from all the antibiotics. would it be unwise to discontinue my oral antibiotics? my incision looks beautiful and i have little pain. should i continue?

All matters about stopping a medication or any untoward effects from it should be discussed with the ordering MD. If you have thrush it should be treated. hope you do well.
