Hello, i just wanted to get some advice, i've been feeling really tired, weak and sleepy for a few weeks, but today my heart is beating quite fast and i'm feeling nauseous. i don't know what should i do. thank you :). i'm not pregnant, 18 and female?

These are very nonspecific symptoms suggestive of anemia and could be caused by a variety of conditions. Pregnancy is but one of the possibilities. You need to see your doctor for an exam and testing.
