Are there lymph nodes in cheek just above jawline? i have a tiny (smaller than pea) rubbery and moveable lump there on my right side. no pain. found it by accident, cant see it otherwise. i have a sinus cold also. concerning?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination. A lymph node is unlikely. You may feel the "lump" every couple of weeks, if it doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other lumps appear, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
