Lower eyelid lesions can be caused by numerous things. Most commonly benign are stye, cholesterol deposit (xanthelasma), molluscum (caused by poxvirus), keratotes, papilloma, moles, and milia. There are other rare benign and malignant lesions. An exam with your primary care or optometrist can help distinguish the cause.
