Olmesartan lowers blood pressure. Cialis and Viagra both cause dilation of the penile blood vessels, and both have side effects of lowering blood pressure. Therefore, a combination of Olmesartan with Cialis or Viagra may cause additional mild to moderate lowering of the blood pressure and cause symptoms of low blood pressure, such as dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting.
