I had covid a week ago and tested negative this monday. got better completely too. when i had it it just felt like a severe cold. but today i noticed i cannot breathe when i try to workout even mildly. what should i do?

Limit your exertion to whatever does not make you winded. Workouts can double or triple the demand on your lungs and if exertion triggers this feeling it means you are not recovered. Consult with your doc if you do not see a gradual improvement in your exercise tolerance or if things get worse. Rebound COVID is a real thing.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. It may take a few months for you regain your stamina before Covid. It would be good to keep exercising at the intensity that is easily tolerated. You will be able to increase the intensity and duration of exercise as your muscles gain conditioning. Get a Covid booster in 2-3 months. Wish you good health.
