It is not possible to determine what your "red bump" is from without seeing it and getting more history. Was it at the site of your hpv vaccination? If it is temporally and spatially related to the vaccination then it might be a local reaction. It likely isn't monkeypox, a viral infection with lymph node swelling acquired by close physical contact with an infected individual.

If the bump is exactly at the site of vaccination, it's probably a minor inflammatory reaction that probably will clear up in a few days. If it occurred elsewhere on your body, it's not due to the vaccine. Also, monkeypox probably is exceedingly unlikely. 99% of cases in the US have been sexually acquired in men who have sex with men, with few or no cases (so far) in women.
