A member asked:

I got the hpv vaccine 2 weeks ago and my arm is still super sore and it has a very hard big lump under my skin.. should i be worried?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard lump: Hard lump at injection site is a small collection of blood called a hematoma. This occurs when the tip of the needle grazes a small blood vessel called a capillary. It isn't dangerous and will resolve on its own.
