27 weeks pregnant and possible acid reflux . worse lying down feels almost like being hit in chest by a football ! sharp pain when breathing in and burping when sitting lump in throat sensation and throat spasms . pain going to back/throat . reflux?

If you have fluid comes back in your mouth at night it would clearly be reflux. Common with pregnancy. Ask about or try tonigh putting feet of head of bed on 4 or 8 inch blocks. Gravity never sleeps.;-)
