One can have warning signs of impending heart attack before the attack- this is called "angina" &results from decreased oxygen delivery to heart muscle or a mismatch of oxygen need to demand. This can occur from a blockage in the coronary arteries or from very rapid heart rates. Typical signs are chest pressure, shortness of beath, palpitations, abdominal /arm pain.See your doctor if concerned.
