Not yet, keep you head up, clamp your nose and breathe through your mouth, bleeding should stop after 5 minutes. You only need to go to urgent care if bleeding does not stop and you have more bleeding in the back of your throat than you see out of your nares. If bleeding recurs often, you should see an ENT doc for cauterizing the fragile vessels.
