27 weeks pregnant . sickness seems to have returned along with constant headaches and nausea . blood pressure normal no protein in urine . headache seems worse on standing /moving . diagnosed chronic migraine in past . what could it be ? worrying?

Has a neurologist evaluated you for these symptoms? I would be concerned about the presence of idiopathic intracranial hypertension that can occur during any trimester of pregnancy.
