Does everyone with atrial fibrillation have a certain degree of heart failure being as the blood is being pumped at a reduced capacity?does it go by the ejection fraction number..under 35 for instance? thank you?

No, everyone with atrial fibrillation does not also have heart failure. Heart failure is a clinical diagnosis confirmed with echocardiogram. The ejection fraction can be low or normal in those with heart failure.
