One sign of heart fa: Swollen ankles (& increase in water weight) is one sign of heart failure (HF). Being short of breath doing usual activities is another. Atrial fibrillation & heart failure often co-exist: it's a chicken-or-egg debate about which sets of which. But given your description, you should get checked out by a physician (Cardiologist) or use HealthTap Prime to sort this out long-term. HF can be treated!
