Not likely: The list of reasons for "kidney pain" is quite long. However, constipation doesn't really cause kidney pain, but may result in pain in the left flank area. Constipation is usually treatable with a number of dietary supplements, good hydration, fiber, and diet modification. Discuss this with a nutritionist.
