Do you still have new vesicles (blister-like), open sores, scabs, etc? Or maybe just leftover skin discoloration and maybe scarring, plus pain (post herpetic neuralgia)? If the former (active shingles), you should be on treatment with valacyclovir or similar drugs, and maybe evaluated for underlying health conditions. Keep working with your doctor(s). Good luck.
