Combining aspirin and naproxen can increase your bleeding risk and also increases problems with kidney function and blood pressure. That said, if you are taking a daily aspirin 325mg under a doctor’s supervision, and you have pain, a single naproxen separated by several hours is probably safe once in a while, but I wouldn’t take it daily. Tylenol is probably safer. Please discuss with your doctor
