Can i take aspirin with aleve (naproxen)?

Should not combine: Although alieve, or naproxen, is frequently used when a patient is taking low dose Aspirin therapy (81mg), it should not be used with full strength aspirin. It will add little to the anti-inflamatory effects of full strength aspirin, and compound the side effects.

Yes, but: Both are anti inflammatory agents. Both can be tough on the stomach lining. Watch your dosage and take with food. Both can also act as blood thinners. Don't use them before or after a surgical procedure until your doctor ok's their use.
