Im being tested for myasthenia gravis. i had a nerve conduction test 3 weeks ago, and the neurophysiologist said it was abnormal. does that mean i have mg - she wants my neurologist to conicider trialling mestinon?

If the testing showed appropriate detrimental responses on repetitive nerve stimulation or pathological patterns of jitter on single fiber electrode testing, the electrodiagnostic testing would bolster a clinical diagnosis of myasthenia gravis. Sounds like at least one doctor advises initiating therapy.
