Body temperature: Your temperature varies with the time of day. Lowest in early am and highest in late pm the curve is the inverse of your cortisol levels. The question is why are you taking your temperature. If this is to measure ovulation times, there may be better ways to do this. Discuss with your OB doc and good luck.
