Listen to Urologist have examined you. Then decide if you need to get 3rd opinion or not worry so much. I would stop feeling for bumps as you may be irritating tissue.

Chances are you are feeling normal anatomy differently. If two urologists and ultrasound say you are OK then relax and dont worry and dont check it daily.
