CPD: CPD stands for cephalopelvic disproportion. It means the head of the baby may be too large for the opening in your pelvis. The ways to measure this are not very accurate. I have had tiny women deliver 9 pound babies and large women (over 6ft tall) not able to delivery 7 pound babies. Trial of labor is the best test. Based on info you provided, would not make you high risk pregnancy.
