All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the numbers you provided are abnormal enough that you should seek care. Wish you good health!

This needs further investigation preferably by a Urologist. In the mean time drink plenty of water and keep bladder empty.
