Urine analysis was as follows: ++75 wbc ++100 protein 5.5 ph +++250 rbc 140/104 blood pressure 126 pulse was having extreme pain on left side under rib now i dont feel any pain anymore just really tired and itchy. normal?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the numbers you provided are abnormal enough that you should seek care. Wish you good health!

This needs further investigation preferably by a Urologist. In the mean time drink plenty of water and keep bladder empty.
