Need to know the time. Normally during sleep your BP goes down. Some types of high blood pressure do not. This is called dipping. The next step is to do a 24 hr BP to see you are a non-dipper. Is so go to hyperaldosteronism@groups.io and learn more. It seems healthier to have a dipping BP. DASH diet may help but discuss with your Dr.
