You should see a doctor. You may need a heart monitor for a few weeks, or until you have an episode, so it can be determined what your heart is doing during these episodes. You may be having an arrhythmia, like supraventricular tachycardia, which is easily treated once diagnosed. Typically, medicine will control it. So, see your doctor and get this test done. Best of luck to you!
