You need to see a doctor so you can be examined. This is not normal and you need to be diagnosed and treated. The only way to be diagnosed is to have your hands and feet examined. You may need blood work done as well. So, see your doctor ASAP. Best of luck to you!

I agree that you must be examined but I would go directly to a dermatologist to get a prompt accurate diagnosis, proper treatment and follow-up. You may be dealing with dyshidrotic eczema which is a difficult condition to treat.
