Im having super light periods and it only lasts 3 days. i know periods are different for everyone but i used to have medium to heavy periods and they would last up to a week. i am not sexually active so this couldnt be a pregnancy concern?

What you described is within the normal variations in a period. If you are otherwise in good health, this is not a matter of concern. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
